I have subject expertise in Biology, Genetics, and Agricultural Sciences, but I also work in interdisciplinary fields of environmental science, geography, and medicine. Over the past 15 years, I have edited more than 2000 journal articles across several countries. I provide a range of services:
For individuals: I work with individuals on their manuscripts or theses to ensure they meet the standards of peer review and academic writing. Services include standard and advanced copy-editing. I like to understand your needs and then tailor my support.
I strongly believe that language should not be a barrier to publication and help sharpen your academic writing to meet the rigorous expectations of competitive journals. I have specialized in working with non-native English speakers who may be at any stage of their research career, from early-career researchers and PhD students, as well as established authors across XYZ countries.
For institutions: I conduct in-person workshops and trainings on topics related to academic publishing, ethical use of AI, visuals and infographics, the publication process, editing, and research management. I have conducted numerous workshops for premier science universities and research organisations across India [see past Trainings]. I prefer in-person, hands-on workshops, where participants bring their questions and writing, which we develop together. Based on the needs of the institution, workshops can be designed to be entry-level or advanced and online or offline.
